St.Clair Co. IL. | how are you going to PROVE the right seed would have yielded better? unless you have that variety planted right next to it. Like the other guy said mistakes happen, Have had guys around here receive the wrong corn either not RR or not LL. supplier paid for loss, but that was a total loss, when it was sprayed and crop died,but ya know what the farmer should take a little responsibilty too ,they need to double check the bag before putting it in the boxes.
