NorthWest Mississippi | I have a real estate closing tomorrow.They said they would leave documents on a table with markers of where to sign,told me what time to enter,bring my own blue ink pens,sign,then exit the building and carry my pens with me.They will watch me sign via video from another room,spray the room down with sanitizer when I leave,then notarized the documents that they watched me sign on the live feed video.It is getting interesting!!! I really do not care as long as they cut that check !$$$ | |
