Subject: Sprayer question

How do you figure what tips to use when you have 15 inch spacing. The books are all on 20 inch.
Last year on my 284 Hagie, I stretched the booms to 90 foot from 80 and it was using the red twin jet tips. The previous owner applied 15 GPA but I was at 10 gallon and could not get enough pressure when turning it on to open all the tips at low speed. I spray 10-12 mph. The pump will dead head at 90 psi and do not believe there is a pump issue.
I installed a set of blue XR Teejets and got it working ok but sometime when taking off, a couple of the end nozzles will not come on until I get up to a couple MPH.
I think I need to go down another tip size to get the pressure up higher. At 12 mph and 10 GPA I run low 30 psi max but the rate is dead on so I feel everything is working as it should, just needs more backpressure.
