SW Ontario
Econ 101: long as variable costs are covered business will function in the short term. Have no idea on local costs in Midwest but my guess is a pretty decent corn crop can be grown for $3-400/acre? Don’t understand this “pull the key” talk. In our neck of the woods 180-200 bushel is becoming standard and we’re looking at a $3.40-3.50 US cash price. We will plant every acre.
