south central illinois | That is an excellent looking field of twin row corn. It is only a couple miles from my farm. I have been out in it with the guy several times and it is a perfect example of what can happen when everything goes right. You will see the best and worst in illinois on route 48 - that is for sure!!! Lots of compaction and nitrogen deficiencies?? in that area. That late planted corn he was talking about I believe was milo on wheat stubble unless he was talking about another field. | |
