I used to work for AMCY and sold Pursuit as well as Scepter. The Scepeter carryover was caused by applications to very dry soil. The chemistry binds to the clay particles and won't let go if the there is little moisture present. I never saw a problem with no-till where the chemistry didn't reach the dry soil.
