Holland, Indiana (SW IN)
Our local Turkey kill plant hasd been running 6 days a week (they usually run 5 days)
As I understand trying to get ahead so they can shut down for a week or so if needed
When turkeys are hatched kill date is established --when turkeys hit 50 Lbs better be killed and processed
Not much wiggle room--same as hogs and cattle when ready only have so much time
