Are you sure you are doing it right or correct? Not trying to sound demeaning or any thing but, there are many people who "tried" it who did't hold the buttons long enough. Hold I, II & III till you see the screen in my previous post. If that screen didn't appear, you didn't hold them long enough. It can take a minute or longer.
