with the proper software you can get GPS speed. Most likely you have it if you are able to run RTX. Have to switch it in the planter setup to read tractor priority and then on the toolbox and speed switch to GPS as the source. I like to go to the diagnostic page and speed to watch GPS, radar, and use it to get the planter calibrated at 15 mph down the road. It is much more accurate than running 400' at a time doing it.


I would still want to use the planter wheels as the Priority wheel speed.. BUT, I do like your idea of running down the road to calibrate the speed between the planter and tractor/GPS...
