Southern Ontario | Weight in a single rotor doesn't count for much as long as it is built strong enough. In fact weight is your enemy if the ground isn't very smooth as it puts much strain on all the parts when it bounces..
Look at how many single rotor rakes are on a 3ph. There are implements where weight does count, but a rotary rake is not one of them. Just adjust your speed to what's necessary for the rake to do the job. Enorossi & Sitrex are fine for the job they do and the price they cost, that's why they manufacture rakes for all colors.
