Temperature about normalish, precip, wet.  Every day I wake up that it's not raining just wait until the next day, it will be by then.  Need about a week and a half of warm sun,and wind like we had a few weeks ago.  Could have thought about planting then, but it was just too early and too cold yet, now it's been rain ever since.
