I wonder if the warm weather season they have indeed is helping them. Summertime keeps many virus levels lower?
With the reputation Nd vacation destination of their port cities I can’t see them controlling this better than others? I realize the interior of their country might be more isolated, but as they haul out beans will likely bring it back on the return trip?
