I have the same problem. I use the blue insert sheaths. I tried the Alpha sheaths from IMV, but they didn't help (they actually seemed worse).
I thought maybe the AlphaVision system might help, but I watched the video and you still need to feed the sheath through with palpation. No real advantage that I could see.
