2019 was a record breaking year for us for corn, cotton, and soybeans. I’ve been making these videos for a few years now and enjoy preserving the memories of each harvest.

Here’s our latest one...hope you enjoy!

Neat video, I enjoyed it.

Do you know anything about the TV show, will it be back?

Very nice Matt.

Your landscape looks a lot like my area here in VA, all odd shaped fields surrounded by timber.

Hope you guys have a great 2020!

It will surprise me if it’s back. Last we heard from History last May was that the future of the show was being “evaluated”.

I don’t know anything about cotton but that looks like a fantastic crop.

It was our best ever at over 2.5 bale/acre (1237 lbs/acre). Not near as good as what they grow out west but awesome for our area.

Hey are you not that guy that was on that Farmer show on History or Discovery? I didn’t watch all the episodes but felt they kinda made the farmers out to be simpletons and I didn’t think it represented American ag well at all. Your own video was much more interesting.

Yes that was us. We were the TN farm that grew corn, cotton, and wheat.

Sorry you didn’t like it. I thought they portrayed us pretty well considering that they were limited on episodes. Except for one of the farms (I won’t mention any names but I think most people would know who I’m talking about...), I thought the other 4 farms were pretty well represented and accurate.

Nice video Matt...wish I had that capability or skill. I lov a field a ripe cotton, nothing else like it other than maybe a freshly shelled field of corn. Hope u were able to sell that 2.5 bale for plus $.70/lb

Trust me if I can do it, anyone can. Just gotta have the proper tools and educate yourself on video shooting and editing. YouTube is a great resource of info. I’ve only been doing it 4 years and am self taught. And I don’t have an artistic bone in my body.

By the time all the cotton is sold I’ll wind up close to 70 cents a pound.

Thanks for sharing. I loved the camera placements to get the shots and the music was perfect.

How’s that new ground you bought working out?
