We talked about NH3?  What about these guys that put a total blend of dry down after the ground is froze or on top of snow? 

Now we have gotten has to be over 2 inches of rain on mostly frozen ground and the creeks are full and water is moving.  Where do you spose that N is now?  Seems to be alot of it done here and just does not seem worth the "cheap" price or the "Free" application.
