Take a glass of water, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and then similar amount of honey. Stir well, then swallow. That should do it.
You can do that up to three times a day if necessary. Also supposed to promote weight loss.
That stuff is good for prevention of "practicing" for having kids
a 1/2 a teaspoon I thought was enough |
