Removed mine last summer. It was pulling away from house causing rot in attic and mice were getting behind it and getting into house.
I used a loader tractor and a hammer drill with a spade bit. I switched off the drill so it was just on hammer setting. One brick at a time but removed from hole 30’ chimney in a day. It was an Advil night though;-)
