North Dakota | Not sure about other places but "here" the protocol is if you have a confirmed case of Covid-19 and you are quarantined at home. You have to have two negative tests 24 hours apart before being released. Same if you are hospitalized, after release from hospital you have to have two negative tests before you can go back into the public.
