SW Ohio | I can definitely see adding a step on the left side to get in. Mount it with rubber, should be good to go.
As far as buying the RH steps to wash windows, I think you may be over-thinking it. We use the garden hose and a long handled brush to clean windows and side mirrors from the ground. I can maybe see the steps if you farm farm from home. Also if we need to adjust the right mirror in the field we've been known to pull the tractor up alongside another tractor or pickup to be able to reach the mirror.
