Kingston,Mi | Youngest brother modified all the lowest steps on US Army Cat graders in his company because one of his "children" discovered that it was possible to angle and elevate the blade and turn table to destroy the bottom step which deadlined the unit. He removed the damaged step and remounted it using heavy conveyor belting as one of the earlier posters said and similar to the illustration that KTA posted. No more "accidentally" destroyed steps.
I should do the same for my tractor, being old is starting to irritate me. | |
