NE Indiana | Most of the time when I have had this problem its been an issue with either the gate height and/or the density. Pretty much what has happened is I've been spreading lime (gate is opened up to 10") and I switch to fertilizer (gate is opened to 2") and forget to change that in the console. The controller still thinks that the gate is opened up so one revolution puts on too much so the belt stops then starts back up and stops. It would make me believe this is the problem since with the wrong cal number (180) it was working but then starts pulsing when the correct cal number is but in (67). | |
