Thanks for the reply Kevin. Gear tooth sensor is on the drive gearbox. Have tried both greenstar and Ag Leader direct command and both do the same thing. GS used wheel speed while AL used GPS. Cal number is correct for the servo. Seal is out on the gearbox planning on pulling it apart. When I switched to AL I forgot to change the pulses and at 180 it held the rate. But it was turning 2.7 times faster than at the correct 67 pulses setting. I'm swapping gearboxes with my litter spreader now. I think because the seal went out and bearings ran dry, they are sloppy enough for the gears to get far enough away from the sensor to lose count. I did ohm the sensor harness and it checked out okay.
