Ya, if they knew what they were doing when they came out instead of doing everything we already did over, and then getting on the phone to someone else it would be nice. I wouldn’t have any problem paying a pretty good rate for their time if they could just fix it quickly.
Unfortunately making the assumption that the prior tests were done correctly can also be bad news and send a troubleshooting excursion way off track if something simple was missed earlier. |
