| Hi Jim. I appreciate the response. I understand your points, but I would say, it was very disheartening to be offered that excuse. To me it is not like a frame of a machine or something massive that is very unlikely to get damaged. It's a tube assembly that could get damaged in many different ways.....ie like a bearing on the colter assembly failing could conceivably damage the tube beyond repair for example. Then what? The guy parks his 24 row machine waiting for manufacturing time to build one?
I tried to buy the right tubes. I always have thought you guys were top notch over there. I hate to have to start reconsidering that.
