Macon, IL | Yep, go talk to a body shop guy. Accident that takes out sensors on bumper for airbags, backup cameras, etc. When bodywork done still have to go back to dealer to get computer reset to recognize them.
Dealer told him it was due to different models/upgrades, etc. on airbags needed different parameters. To not program it would not be safe or operate properly. Liability issue if shop has out of date software, etc. | |
