I would personally prefer the power shift.
Consider getting the 9330 and tuning it up. The 9330 and 9430 are 100% identical tractors, yet 50HP difference that can efficiently and cheaply be adjusted.
John Deere tier 3 equipment is coming with a premium so be prepared.
I would check parts to be sure. The 93/9420 has some different parts in the front axle for example.
