Subject: Re: Grain bin bandits

Leesburg, Ohio
We have coons on our bins to often. Used to be a roof auger with an open hopper on top of the 12 ring bin. A coon was apparently having dinner in the hopper when the dryer unload system kicked on. Found a dryer load of corn on the ground next morning, and all the belts burnt off the roof auger and the take-away auger at the dryer. Took us about 2 hours just to wind the coon the rest of the way thru the roof auger with a big pipe wrench.
