Twc ashless is what I’ve always been told to run. Cheap if you buy it in bulk. There was a private Lubricity study done with the major additives out there and 2 stroke oil scored 2nd. Only one beat it.
I believe the linked study is what you are referring to. TC-W3 two stroke oil scored 7th not 2nd. Still pretty decent.
