and root around with measurements and size of the lower mounts, they may have what you need. You then can source it from Grainger.com or Zoro.com.

Your pictures aren't clear enough for me to do more than guess. Worst case, maybe you could re use your old mounts, and put a bolt in where the rivets are at the pivot.

I saw just Googling 'two arm windshield wiper' that Autotex makes a semi universal adjustable arm two arm wiper.
