central illinois | Midnight mapper since you are posting on ag talk I assume you have a incentive to promote this program...
FYI I am interested in soil health and conservation....
If the libitards or eco-nuts or NET ZERO corporations are willing to pay you $30, $50 or more per acre for what you likely already doing, well seems like an interesting opportunity? I am just trying to share what I have learned.
This paragraph above is what you posted in the thread above ....
A extra 30-50$ per acre sure sounds warm and fuzzy but unfortunately it’s just a ploy for us to sign on the dotted line for a few peanuts when we are giving control away to someone that flys around in a jumbo jet complaining about carbon emissions.... nothing is free... and know one is going to pay me for doing what I’m already doing... I like my strip till and no till... but weather changes and in a few years I might wanna get out a 870 and plow it as deep as I can ... I’m assuming if I sign your fine print contracts that wouldn’t be possible .. its also possible field tile could be excluded in such programs along with many other aspects we haven’t even thought of...
It’s also possible carbon has nothing to do with climate change and it is all about control of the land and recourses that the land offers without actually working the land purchasing the land or even understanding the land or how it relates to the climate...the climate has and always will change truth be told carbon is good for plant health above or below ground ... talking about carbon and how it relates to the climate is ridiculous when you don’t consider other factors such as sun cycles and put it all together... I’m no genius or scientific expert but their are a lot of them that say the sun has 100 times more to do with our climate than we and suvs do
