Microsoft ICE (Image Composite Editor) works well however it won't include the location data. Drone deploy and Px4d both have trials for their service. Also "Maps Made Easy" you can pay as you go.

I would recommend using Drone Deploy or Pix4d apps to collect the photos. (they are free to use). Once you have the photos use Microsoft ICE, or if you want coordinates use Maps Made Easy.
