Looks pretty worthless to me. When you scoop up branches and dirt, all the dirt is in the bucket, and when you dump the branches you will dump the dirt right on top.
No better than a regular bucket except for the teeth sticking out in front of the cutting edge
Much more sense to just put a good tooth bar on the bucket you have.
