Bremen, KS | Yup. "Federal Radio Licensing". Looks VERY official and with recent mailings they've apparently been forced to note that they're not an official government agency. Joke's on them, though, I used the info they supplied to log into FCC's ULS and updated my licensing accordingly FOR FREE!
There are hefty penalties for impersonating law enforcement, I think the same should apply to these outfits.
