SE Minnesota
I have a Fast 9613, I really like it, mine has Norac and i just put a John Deere rate controller on it last year. I do believe mine is a 2012 model, I bought it in 2015. The only complaint i have is the break away ends are starting to crack a lot, I am actually going to get parts this week to replace them because they have been welded a lot and keep cracking. I thought they said they are $6xx each to replace so it isn't the end of the world. The thing i like about the fast is the pin to axle distance is short with the hydraulic tongue, which makes it follow nicely. I know what you mean by not wanting to buy new, I am the second owner of this one and the guy i bought it from said he paid over $50K for it new. With all that said I have been contemplating selling the Fast and buying a self propelled because this market is extremely soft and I am short a tractor after buying a bean planter last year, but I am not sure if i want the added maintenance of a self propelled or not
