NE Nebraska | I own a Schaben 8650 sprayer, 90’ boom, 1650 gal tank. Been thinking ahead about what to replace it with. Options:
Schaben is now Agspray. They redesigned the trailer but have the same boom. My 8650 is built heavy, but almost too heavy IMO. 1650 gal tank is rarely completely filled so a 1350 gal tank would be a better fit for me. That puts me looking at an Agspray 7000.
Fast 9613N is a nice short trailer. The boom is similar to Agspray with a good lighter weight design. I like the looks of the 9613N.
Topair TA 1200 would be worth considering. The most impressive thing to me is the suspension axle option. It seems to me that would allow for a little more speed which would be good.
I would be looking for a good used sprayer. For what these pull types cost new, you can buy a decent self propelled sprayer. That’s another topic of discussion.
