| I remember a conversation with agency people (I think it was NRCS?). In that conversation, they said spreading manure on CRP ground was absolutely not allowed. They did not want to soil to be build up. So, I am not surprised that you are seeing low soil test result levels. This prohibition against spreading manure also indicates to me that you need to talk with FSA/NRCS to find out what you can do when - to see if you can access the land before the 10-year contract is up. You may wish to spread lime and fertilizer now, but the contract may not allow it. You definitely need to check that out.
