If you refuse to incorporate it properly time and several years of grass growth is your only chance to get it where it needs to be. Lime till the pH is 7, then keep it there.
With a 10 year lease and low/very low soil tests I would seriously look at applying a major portion of fertility up front....if you put it on before crop #1 you get the benefit for 10 years, if you dribble it on a little at a time you don't get much benefit from the stuff applied at the end. | |
