If it’s anything like my Lemken heliodor you need to take your time and get the fore/aft set.
We take and set the depth to just shy of max and go, set your fore/aft so its not dog-tracking behind you, and run it. We’ve found that once your fore aft is set right it will pull straight no matter what depth you’re running.
