I’ve never had that happen but I think I’d go for a slow drive also but be prepared to come back to the yard to clean it out if it doesn’t clean out on its own. I wonder if an air chisel would work? If you have time you could also throw a small tarp over the tires and a use a torpedo heater to at least partially thaw it out.
