If it's still soft on the inside it may come apart and come out as you drive.

However if it is frozen completely, some may come out, but you also run the risk of some getting stuck between the duals and rub a hole in the sidewall. I had that happen with a rock on a dually F-350 dump truck once.

If that were here, we would drive it a few miles and bring it back. If it's still there, we'd either pull the outer tire or chip it out.

Even if it doesn't rub a hole between the duals, it WILL have a horrible imbalance if it all does not get thrown out.
