East Central Arkansas | It's raining and cloudy again here today. We have had another 1.5 to 2 in since before daylight . I am still hearing some thunder but I just went and looked out the window and the sun has popped out for the time being. We need some dry weather with plenty of sunshine for several days on this cotton crop.
