NW MN | On the narrow width machines with a shorter bar length, the hydraulic scissor fold doesn't look so bad, but as long as they don't leak, I like the hydraulic hoses protected in the tubes that support the wings on the DB planter.
On the wider planter in the Successful Farming link, it looks really odd being so far forward compared to anything else that sticks up from the top of the planter bar. Probably a method of getting around competition's IP/Patents. Maybe for ease of assembly as well. | |
