I’d like to see how it does when you hit terraces perpendicular. For the picture where it shows how it handles contour they are on a very broad terrace and are parallel to it.
Seeing how it does perpendicular to a steep terrace would be more interesting to me.
I think a lot of things AGCO does is a big joke. I can’t imagine how the Ideal combine could ever take off honestly. But this planter, I guess I see some significant benefits. It will be interesting to see how it does.
5-10 years from now I’ll maybe be interested in a 48 row. Doubt they can get it in my $150K to $200K budget for a 48 row right now, lol. Plus it is AGCO. I’d like to see how many cracks the frame develops over the next 5 years before buying one. Also how the electronics that control wing down pressure and monitor parallel arm position hold up over time. In my experience AGCO is not an experts at making electronics trouble free over the short term, much less the long term. | |
