I haven't looked at all the videos yet but my grandfather ran rotary hoe units down the rows as shields these were IH factory units they worked great you could go blasting thru the field really bury the small weeds and take out the small weed in the rows.I don't remember the neighbors having any thing like them . Most every one used sliding shields on small corn.
