Nice, got through 3 so far.

Boy, sliding shields vs rolling shields. I’m old enough to have used both. In my dirt the sliding ones are trouble. Seems easier to set the rolling so a little dirt flows under, could adjust the length of the legs on the rollers. Those sliding type didn’t hang right in our dirt.

Dad had disk cutters, might be covered later, a disk blade on a shank, put those close to the row and drive slow, they got rid of weeds, but also the crop if you got off they were unforgiving. That was with a mid mount cultivator, lot easier to use.
