I don't disagree with you on no replacement for displacement, but if he doesn't need the weight or the low end power that 13.5l has, why waste $40,000+?
If he ends up lacking a bit of power tune the thing up and save $37,500.
That 9.0l motor will cost him alot less in repairs and maintenance as well.
