Yes indeed think about outcome based pricing, pharmaceutical companies have started using it for expensive treatments, if it works you pay if not you don't.
Anybody can use imagery to look at every acre in the country, if someone comes up with a solution for that acre is it crazy to think that someone would want to profit by offering a solution targeted/proven for said acre?
