I priced all generics vs Bayer products with the same actives and after the rebate the Bayer products are cheaper. I can also finance it for 0% interest until December which makes it cheaper yet because I can’t finance generics at 0%, which on a $20 program costs me another $0.75-$1 an acre if I have to put it on my line of credit. I’m planting the dekalb anyway because it does very well in our area
You answered my question but I’m going to price generics from my source and compare here. I plant almost half my acres to Dekalb and Asgrow anyway. Those seed brands may seem overpriced to some but works for me. I need to cut chemical costs especially in my soybean program. Maybe the Bayer rewards will make that happen?
