Look at the actual program, put your products in and see what net cost is. People can use JDF and and you can get 50% of the rebate back in May so its not 11 months. Seed is just like any of the other qualifiers, not required. If you don't like the program, don't use it. I just signed myself up yesterday, there is a FAQ section that helps if you have questions.
