We tried a versatile fury last spring it worked good one pass in corn stubble sow directly into it. We only had enough hp to pull a 30 footer and 7-7.5 was the sweet spot. Sales guy kept telling us to go faster but I'm sorry its rough enough at 7mph I cant sit in the seat going any faster. I'm thinking a bigger double disc might be better slow down but covering more ground per pass.
